Responsiblities:
• Report to Manager, China Regional Marketing
• Work closely with HQ marketing to provide feedback on marketing strategy and localized HKDL product, special event message to drive consumer visitation intent.
• Work closely with regional Hong Kong Tourism broad office to identify new consumer promotion opportunities and develop the regional marketing programs that drive consumer visitation intend.
• Identify, develop and evaluate new marketing opportunities including above the line, below the line, media [PR] and broadcasting opportunities to increase business growth potentials.
• Ensure effective use of HKDL various channels, including the Broadcasting, web team and PR team to be disseminated via various media through targeted messages to maximize marketing and communication opportunities.
• Develop and manage marketing plans to ensure that plans proposed are effective and objectives are met, within budget and take corrective action as necessary.
• Supervise the development and execution of regional marketing and communications materials.
• Strategize, develop and implement regional / local alliance and synergy programs ensuring these partners meet the standards and brand values of HKDL.
• Work closely with other functions [sales, trade marketing, TWDC marketing teams] cross-functional teamwork to ensure HKDL initiatives are integrated in regional marketing programs.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in marketing, MBA plus
• At least 5 years of experience in international Airlines, hotel chains, tourism broads marketing department
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and interpersonal skills. High level of drive, energy and creativity are essential attributes.
• The candidate must be able to establish a rapport with all levels externally and internally.
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects at a time.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• The candidate should have good decision making and sound judgment capabilities.
