Role Rationale:
This position manages the daily Tesco project operations, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management and communication both internal and external.
Accountabilities:
� Participate in client strategic planning sessions and be the expert in the Tesco process
� Management of new, re-launch, amendment, line development and pack copy changes for Tesco brands.
� Responsible for the co-ordination of pre-artwork meetings with Tesco, design agencies, suppliers, printers etc.
� Prepare proposals identifying recommended solutions.
� Prepare & manage project critical path.
� Exercise time management skills & ensure a smooth execution (both internal and external).
� Communicate with the Studio and with Clients regularly throughout the project cycle (verbal and written).
� Be the single point of contact for any issues occurred during the project implementation.
� Coordinate training plans and schedules with various departments and management.
� Ensure client related issues are resolved.
� Review workflow of the account and work closely with colleagues ensure all client needs are met.
� Monitor and identify areas for improvement and implement changes as required
� Offer input/insight in all key client meetings
� Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support service to Tesco colleagues.
� Manage WIP clear up and chase up overdue collection.
� Participate in weekly conference calls on progress updates .
Requirements:
Academic & Professional
� Minimum 5 years experience of relevant experience in managing a brand & design project for FMCG, Band & Design Consulting company, Printing, Advertising industry or equivalent. And at least 5 years experience involved in managing graphic services, artwork building and prepress.
� Clearly understanding of printing production workflow and management.
� Native English speaker and can also speak Mandarin (With overseas background preferred).
� Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
� Must be customer- oriented with good customer handling skills.
� Assertive, organized and meticulous in handling details of work scope
