Responsibility:
Work closely with Senior Manager to continuously improve career services for constant growth of MBA program
Establish and maintain strategic relationship among targeted employers/industries
Cultivate right relationships with students, faculty, alumni and other stakeholders
Facilitate employers' on-campus/off-campus recruiting
Participate in planning and implementing other CMC events
Lead or involve the process of producing CMC newsletter and annual resume book
Support the process of conducting Employer Survey and producing annual Career Report
Provide structure and contents for CMC/MBA website and update contents constantly
Facilitate cross-functional projects
Requirements:
Education -
Bachelor degree is required and Masters preferred
Experience -
3 - 4 years working experience, solid industry knowledge preferred;
