Responsibilities
• Execute the company`s China strategy and manage sales in the designated region
• Demonstrate clear leadership to the sales team across the region.
• Work with the Managing Director to develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing and sales plan for Mainland China.
• Actively work with increasing sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments
• Provide training to sales people and consultants to ensure a clear understanding of the value of the product and how to communicate that value to customers
• Create a culture of committed sales people dedicated to advancing the business in China
Requirements
• Expatriate only with fluency in English
• Proven sales leadership experience
• Ability to develop and lead a sales organization
• Excellent communications skills
• High level presentation skills
• Driven to deliver results independently and in a team
• Result oriented and high performer
• University degree preferably in Business or Marketing
• Mandarin skills a distinct advantage
