China Job Requirements:
1. Develop and maintain a strong client relationship for existing and new names.
2. Ability to learn and sell Intl.SOS products and services in front of clients.
3. Ability to seek and lead other team members’ support in selling products and services to clients.
4. Identify new clients and names in the market.
5. Work with other team members during negotiation process to determine proper pricing and service levels on product and services.
6. Think outside the box in terms of seeking new names and clients.
7. Able to demonstrate sales first line support to clients.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in job related subject, hospitality knowledge is preferred.
2. At least 2 years experience in a sales position and with experience in dealing with MNC organizations in China
3. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and able to function in a matrix set-up
4. Service orientation in a fast pace environment
5. Good communication skill and excellent English spoken and written skill
6. Attention to details
7. Planning, organizational and leadership skill in orchestrating matrix supporting in the context of SOS environment
8. Pressure tolerance and articulate skill
9. Able to do a fair degree of desktop research on industry or client background.
10. Abilility to do account planning and high customer relationship focus
11. Healthcare experience is preferred but is not absolutely necessary.
