China Job Requirements:

Report to Senior Financial Controller who covers the 2 BU.
Subordinate: The Finance Mgr and finance team of all the BU site.

Requirement:
• Expat is welcome.
• University degree in Finance or Business Management
• Minimum 10-15 years of financial working experience, familiar with manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Have worked in an SAP environment
• Familiar with standard costing
• Possesses working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Confident, approachable and open personality for working with both corporate and the divisions.

• understands the links between management and statutory reporting
• creates a Centre of Excellence for analysis and the provision of data for decision-making

Scope and Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the entire financial management of BU, management and financial accounts include cash flows, funds management, and budgeting and in-depth variance analysis with cause and actions for BU.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal accounting and administrative control processes.
• Ensure the reporting & accounting requirements are met on timely basis.
• Coordinating the preparation of financial reports, as well as the provision of special analyses and information requests.
• Act as a business partner to management on various financial management aspects.
