China Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:   
Establish and update training policies&system of the Group.
Develop training strategy by reviewing and identifing group needs.
Maintain training plans and ensure their implementation and quality.
Design and deliver the training programmes.
Monitor training progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
Manage group training team.

Requirements:
Expat considered.
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 10 years working experience, including more than 4 years experience training manager or above position.
Must have training experience in FMCG industry and have conducted training programmes to sales team.
Have experience in setting up training system for international company is better.
Good at writting and reading English.
