Responsibilities:
• Supports the HR Director – Asia and play a key role in the creation and implementation of Regional HR strategies, procedures and policies.
• Provide regional support and leadership to site HR Managers.
• Coordinate regional HR activities and manages regional communications to the employees as well as to the regional management team.
• Oversees and manages any merger/acquisition activities through integrating HR function and the organization into the company.
Requirements:
• Expats are welcome.
• Bachelor degree with 5 years of managerial experience in the HR field in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in all HR areas.
• Work experience as a HR practitioner in any Asia sites would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent in English, oral and written; at least speak Mandarin.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of employees in all media forms and cross-culturally.
• Ability to influence quick and optimal change without formal authority.
• Ability to lead and provide strong leadership to the team.
• Ability to interface and influence management team internal and external.
• Result-oriented and process excellent people management skills.
