Position Summary
The QA Studio Manager/Director manages andcoordinates testers and testing processes related to multiple game titles onmultiple platforms. He/She i(cos responsible for planning, conducting andassessing product tests as well as working on process improvement.

Responsibilities:
1 Createand implement testing policies, procedures and standards across specificproducts.
2 Recruit,manage, train and evaluate the performance of the QA personnel.
3 Identifyand isolate issues with pre-release software.
4 Determineappropriate test strategies.
5 Providequality feedback, including evaluations of content and suggestions forimprovement.
6 Establishmetrics in order to improve the project team efficiency.
7 Ensure work is completed in accordance withproject deadlines.
8 Verify and proofread productmanual/documentation.
9 Undertake research, including competitiveanalysis.

Position Requirements:
1 3+ yearsworking experience in the game industry in a leadership, supervisory ormanagement role.
2 Excellent knowledge of accepted software andconsole game Quality Assurance principles, methodologies and best practices.
3 Strong knowledge in game production.
4 Strong knowledge in game localization.
5 Excellent negotiation, interpersonal andconflict resolution skills.
6 Effective verbal and written communicationskills.
7 Excellent organizational and people managementskills.
8 Abilityto work as a team player and interact with other department personnel.
9 Enthusiastic,positive, team oriented, and organized.
10 Abilityto work under tight schedules and high-stress environment.
11 Fluencyin English.

Technical Requirements:
1 Goodcomputer skills (MS Office, Visio).
2 Useand administration of bug reporting software.
