Job Description:
Accountable for translation of “Business Needs” into a project approach; defining, documenting and securing the Project Execution Plan and Contracting Strategy.
Managing the project in all project phases: Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification
Accountable for achievement of project objectives (budget, quality, time) and defined expectations of the principal, by:
1 Understanding, negotiation and agreement to the expectations and key success factors of principal.
2 Formation of a project team, in cooperation with resource providers.
3 Control, direction and subsequent integration of various project parts.
4 Effective project controls, results, re-alignment of plans and to inform the principal and other stakeholders of progress, intermediate results and (main potential) problems. If required he/she is also responsible for corrective actions and Project Recovery Planning.
Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control, contracting/procurement-plans, cash flow management and financial status of the project.
Accountable for development and implementation of Project Quality Control and Assurance.
Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved, including internal and external communication and transfer of relevant project data according to a communication plan.
Responsible to safeguard EHS requirements within the project context by:
1 Proper safety attitude adopted and carried by all project participants.
2 Formulate and implement the Project EHS plan.
3 Organizing and effective project-site security.
Align/comply to Technical Standards and guidelines applicable in the pharmaceutical and biotech facilities
Responsible for coaching of team members and ensure results oriented cooperation.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering related major
Possess minimum 8 years experience with the execution of projects of various complexity and capital investment including projects for pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industries
Possess basic knowledge of cGMP guidelines and technical requirements for pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industries
Good knowledge of project management techniques, practices and principles
Good knowledge of financial control, financial reporting
Good command of spoken and written English, strong communication skills
Be willing and able to take challenges
Possess high level of integrity and strong sense of initiation
