Job Description
-Provide leadership and cross-functional coordination of all activities and processes associated with production test engineering and 3rd party-product qualification on introducing new products into production.
-Develop test process plans and procedures to meet production and quality goals and objectives and ensure that the Production meets manufacturing goals and objectives.
-Mentor, guide, and manage the Test Engineers.
-Assure that effective and efficient processes are documented, implemented, and comply with the Company standards and all regulatory requirements.
-Maintain performance metrics to monitor progress and keep management informed of status; challenges; opportunities for improvement; and accomplishments.
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Minimum of 5-7 years experience with managing test engineering activities through all phases of product maturity, experience in telecom industry preferred.
-Have worked in an electronics manufacturing / integration environment with a solid track record of experience managing test to suppliers.
-Experience in developing and implementing test methodologies for various types of systems.
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Strong complicated problem solving skills.
-Must be production orientated and able to lead various groups of test engineering from a technical lead perspective.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
-Sound experience in NPI initiative and able to work with the R&D team to improve the Product’s DFT performance.
-Good in written and oral English and Mandarin.
-University grade in EE, minimum 8~10 years work experience.
-Male and Female candidates welcome.
-Reporting to GM - Mfg Operations.
