Job description (work duty):
1.Responsible for planning,organizing,addressing and managing all the activities of the organization,
  but mainly focusing in purchasing,quality,supply chain development;
2.Identify,recommend and implement the short,medium and long-term business strategies;
3.Prepare and is accountable for the organization's plans,budgets and development;
4.Direct and organize the organization's materials,human and economic resources;
5.Identify and develop business opportunities;
6.Overall responsibilities for operations,engineering,human resources,logistics,finance and accounting.

Profile requirements:
1.Nationality: Italian is preferable,other nationalities are acceptable;
2.Education level: Mechanical engineering;
3.Related work experiences: Around 5 -15 years professional experience;
Have previous experience in manufacturing companies in China with basic knowledge about China and Chinese  Enterprise system;
experience in purchasing electrical   electronic and carpentry materials is preferable;
4.Related industry involved: Previous experience in the industries of cleaning equipment,welding or compressor machines;
5.Related techniques & technologies: General knowledge about mechanical product and  manufacturing process of light machinery;
6.Management experience:
No strict requirement,young candidate with right  behavior and character is acceptable;
7.Personality: have entrepreneurial behavior,willing to learn and  grow together with the company;
8.Other: Chinese knowledge is preferable (for foreigner) or experience in foreign companies (for Chinese).
