Requirements:
-Expats prefered
-Bachelor of Science in computer science, business outsourcing, information technology or business administration
-Oversea education and/or abroad working experience in BPO and ITO companies
-5+ years working experience in BPO and ITO industry with 3+ years experience in management role of management
-Good at presentation and communication
-Good leadership and coordination capabilities and able to work under pressure.
