Project Investment Manager, Beijing (China job)

Our client is an innovative regional investment bank in Asia focusing on the international fixed income markets and has
built strategic partnerships with many world class financial institutions. The client offers a fast-paced and challenging

The job is based in Beijing.

The Job:
 Report to the Head of Sales
 Managing projects/transactions include M & A, IPO?DI and Derivatives.
 The responsibilities include initiating, negotiating and following up the said projects/transactions.
 Build and maintain solid relationships, explore new clients’ investment needs and achieve assigned sales revenue and
profit targets
 Responsible for serving new and existing institutional clients and providing them with research-driven investment ideas
and new fixed income issues
 Promote full-range of fixed income products and services?including debt products, structured products, and related
derivatives, etc
 Build the Company’s profile by developing solid business connection with institutional investors in China
 Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Sales in China

The Person:
 Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Commerce or related disciplines, Qualification in CFA or MBA is highly
preferable
 Familiar with investment banking business and products such as fixed income and equity
 Native English level is a must. Mandarin speaking capability is preferable
 Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Personal Attributes:
 Be a dynamic and proactive salesperson with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and good business sense.
 An excellent communicator in Fluent English and Mandarin
 Ideally worked or schooled in the USA, Canada, UK, Hong Kong;
 Has multi-skilled: analysis, problem solving, sound judgment, project planning and commercial acumen;
 willing to travel;
 A team player.

Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
