		<description>Well I started my own business in China a year ago (I'm a Chinese Canadian btw), I can share my experience with people who are starting out.

but generally just few things you need to know

1.  Companies have to have high taxes, and because of that many companies dont like to issue receipts.  So if you dont need receipt you can use that as your bargain chip.

2.  Never buy something at the first prices given, they will always over state the price.
